By placing an electronic order through Divanperde.com, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
Shipping fees, which constitute the delivery cost of the product, are paid by the buyer.
Purchased products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days, depending on stock status and production time. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product is delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with accompanying documents, such as a warranty certificate or user manual, if applicable.
If supplying the sold product becomes impossible, the seller shall notify the buyer within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.
ABOUT CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Plissé blinds, roller blinds, zebra blinds, Venetian blinds, sheer curtains, and all plissé systems sold on Divanperde.com are manufactured specifically based on the measurements and preferences provided by the customer.
Since these products are custom-made, they are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
In cases where an error originates from our company—such as production defects or incorrect product delivery—the product will be remanufactured or replaced free of charge.
If the product cannot be used because the customer's measurements are smaller than required, no refund will be issued.
If the product does not fit because the customer’s measurements are larger than required, the product may be shortened (for sheer curtains only) once, free of charge, with shipping costs covered by the buyer.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR
If the buyer fails to make payment, or if the payment is canceled in the bank/payment institution records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE
If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the buyer’s credit card was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to the seller by the bank/payment institution, the buyer must return the product within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.
FORCE MAJEURE
If force majeure events beyond the seller’s control (natural disasters, war, strikes, logistical disruptions, etc.) occur and prevent timely delivery, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may then:
Cancel the order,
Request replacement with a similar product, or
Request postponement of delivery until the obstruction is removed.
If the buyer cancels the order:
Payments made by bank transfer/EFT will be refunded in full within 14 days.
Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, processing by the bank may take 2–3 weeks.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and must not accept items with crushed, torn, or damaged packaging.
Products accepted at delivery are deemed undamaged.
If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be sent back with its invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product to the buyer or the person designated by the buyer, without providing any justification.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
For service contracts, the withdrawal period starts on the date the contract is concluded.
If the service has begun with the buyer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
Withdrawal notifications must be made within 14 days via registered mail, e-mail, or another durable data storage medium.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For corporate invoices, the buyer must issue a return invoice during the return process. (If not issued, the return cannot be completed.)
The product must be returned complete, undamaged, and with its box, packaging, and accessories, together with the invoice.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The seller is obliged to refund the purchase price within 10 days after receiving the withdrawal notice and to take back the product within 20 days.
If there is a depreciation in the value of the product due to buyer’s fault, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
If the order total falls below the campaign minimum due to the withdrawal, the discount amount used in the promotion will be canceled.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products manufactured upon the buyer’s request or based on clearly personal measurements and preferences (such as plissé blinds, plissé insect screens, accordion doors, caravan curtains, roller blinds, zebra blinds, Venetian blinds, sheer curtains, etc.) are not eligible for withdrawal in accordance with Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
